Motorola phone roadmap for China leaks: ZN5, Motoming 2 A1600, A1800 confirmed, L800t and VE750 outed

Even though Motorola’s performance at CTIA wireless was a bit less disappointing then a previous one at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, none of the phones we’ve been waiting for had been announced there.

Among these long awaited new handsets were 5 megapixel Motorola ZN5 feature phone and the upgrade to it’s Motoming A1200 Linux smartphone - Motoming 2 A1600 or A1800. (I was not sure which model number was correct one, since both been floating around the net for a while now).

Today the current and upcoming Motorola handset line-up in China has been leaked onto the net, which allows us to get more clarity of what’s coming next from Motorola. At least in Asia.

First we’ve got another tiny picture of 5 mpx Motorola ZN Zine Kodak phone:

Next to it is Motorola L800t dual mode GSM/TD-SCDMA candybar with 1.9″ 176×220 px 262K color display, 2 megapixel camera in a 110 gr, 49×112x15mm body.

Then we can see that we’ll soon get two different next generation Ming handsets from Motorola. MotoMing 2 Linux smartphone will have both A1600 and A1800 variations.

Motorola A1600 Ming 2 will be a quad band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 handset equipped with 2.4″ QVGA 262K color touchscreen display, 3 megapixel autofocus camera with 360 degree panoramic view, GPS sensor, 970 mAh battery with 420 min of talk and 200 hrs of standby time, 98.5×53.4×19.5 mm dimensions and 120gr weight.

Motorola A1800 will add a dual SIM dual network (GSM/CDMA) support to the already impressive Ming 2 package. Other specs are pretty similar to A1600 - quad band GSM, 2.4 ” touchscreen display, 3 megapixel camera, built-in GPS navigation.

The second network connectivity module in A1800 added some bulk and weight to the phone for 95.30 × 52.50 × 24.95mm dimensions and 132gr weight, while draining the battery power at the same time. 1000 mAh sized Motoming 2 A1800 battery gives you only 200 min of talk and 95 hrs of stand-by time.

Then there’s also a new dual SIM Motorola VE750 multimedia slider with big 2.6″ 240×400 px display capable of showing wide format 16:9 video. Other Motorola VE75 specs include - two GSM SIM card slots, 2 megapixel camera, 880 mAh batter with 220 min of talk and 280 hrs of stand- by time, 110 × 50 × 18.9mm dimensions and 120gr weight.

Well, all of this is pretty interesting, but I’m getting a bit tired from this torrent of new Motorola phone leaks, while the actual handsets continue to trickle out in a narrow stream.
